More on CFPS tour to Edinburgh on 3rd January 2009.
Thank you to the many who have heeded our advice and booked early for this tour.
Between Gordon & Jackie taking the members bookings & myself taking the non members bookings,the total booked on the this tour is already well into 3 figures.
The tour was announced just over a week ago.
We are about to mailshot info AND a booking form to 4000 addresses in close proximity of The ELR.
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET BOOKED and want to do the tour please get your booking AND PAYMENT INTO US PROMPTLY
It really wont be very nice for us to have to say to our many loyal members that there is not a seat for you on our historic tour.
Please dont put us or yourself in an uncomfortable position by approaching us after the tour is fully booked to ask what can be done to accomadate you.
Please download a booking form,complete it and bring it with you on Saturday IF YOU ARE DOING THE KINGSWEAR TOUR.
I will go down the train & collect the forms AND the payments.

I am rarely at home during the day, especially when the postman arrives. TWICE this week on seperate days bookings have arrived recorded delivery.
A card has been put through my letterbox asking me to go to the post office 4 miles and a 25 minute journey away to collect the envelope.
Going once was a bit of a pain, going again two days later was a bit frustrating as its in the opposite direction to that which I normally travel.
Furthermore one has to go in business hours.
REALLY SORRY IF I APPEAR TO BE A MISERY ON THIS, it really isnt the intention but I REALLY CANT keep going to the post office to collect mail as its
too time consuming & inconvenient to keep going there to collect items.
