D335 to appear as D326 in Great Train Robbery Documentary.

D335 is to appear as the locomotive involved in the Great Train robbery in a programme in a documentary series entitled “Crimes that shook Great Britain”. It will have its number temporarily changed to D326 to add to the authenticy.

Filming will take place this Thursday night into Friday morning between Bury and Heywood.

The programme itself will appear on a satellite channel at some point in the future. We will hopefully be able to advise of this when known.
